Housing Claim

Please post in the following thread if you need a residence set up or changed for your characters. In an initial post on here, you should provide the following information:
- All characters and NPCs (especially those with Wanted Ads) living in the residence
- Which place of residence (Cedar Beach Road, Ocean Breeze Apartments, or Ashgrove Way)
- What type of residence it is (apartment, house, owned or rented)
- If you have any preference for house/apartment numbers, and in the case of Ocean Breeze Apartments, which floor (1-9), let us know what you would prefer the residence to be.
NOTE: You do not need to give a description of the house! If you wish to add that information later, feel free to make a Household Layout thread at some point (example). If you have created a Household Layout thread, and would like to have a picture for the front of your board, feel free to PM me, and I'll see what I can do. I can provide assistance with finding layouts as needed, but a good place to start is: www.houseplans.com/ for houses. For the Ocean Breeze Apartments, I've been using the apartment layouts from the following apartment complex (https://www.thegiovanna.com/floorplans); however, you are free to make your own or use other similar apartment styles. If you scroll down a bit on the page, you will see links for 1, 2 (1 and 2 bath), and 3 bedroom apartments, which are what is available at Ocean Breeze. All of the floor plans work for the complex.
If you want to see the information that I tend to put on the housing boards, go take a look in one of the neighborhoods or the apartments.
If you wish to change a housing arrangement (someone moves out or in). Please also post here with all information about where someone moved both from and to, so I can make sure to edit them off their old home and into their new one.
