Household Layout: Lin, Han, Fan

This house was originally shared by Yunjin, Sungyong, Hwangjung, and Taijia. For a while before Hwangjung moved out with Jiuk into their new house next door, Jiuk lived here as well. Shortly after Hwangjung and Jiuk moved out, Theo Fan (Yunjin's boyfriend) and his two younger brothers (Thomas and Teagan) moved in. Thomas was only there for about a month before leaving for college in Korea though. Currently, the residents of the house are: Yunjin Lin, Sungyong Han, Taijia Lin, Theo Fan, and Teagan Fan.
The house isn't huge, but it does have a fair number of rooms. They started out just renting the house, but the owners decided that they were eventually looking to sell the place, and since Yunjin liked the location, and he had a long term position with the school, they managed to arrange a rent-to-buy set up. Yunjin now owns the house along with Sungyong.
The house is on a bit of a hill, so though it is two stories, the entry level is the top floor, and the garage and other stuff is the lower floor. The top floor has a layout sort of like this:
Yunjin and Theo share the master bedroom. This is a recent development, and it used to be a room shared by Yunjin and Sungyong. Yunjin and Theo are still figuring out exactly where each of their stuff lives in the room, but they've been pretty comfortable settling in so far.
Tai uses the bedroom right next to theirs so that he can easily access either of them if there is a problem in the night. He is usually pretty self contained, and studying and play areas are set up in the living room when they aren't in his bedroom. The area labeled as "covered deck" is the spare room that has been set up for Tai to practice dance because it had hardwood floors.
The third bedroom on this floor used to be a study, but since the Fan brothers moved in to the house, it has been converted into Teagan's bedroom. This means that he is also close to his main adults if he needs help, but being in a house, after the initial stress of moving has been a nice place for him to settle into, and he's been struggling less this year in school with more adult support at home.

This floor used to be where Hwangjung (and Jiuk) had their bedroom and main living space, but since Theo and his brothers moved in, Sungyong has become the one who lives downstairs. He's still not entirely used to not sharing a room, but to his surprise, he's kind of enjoying it. He does spend a lot of time upstairs in the common areas though, or in the study when Yunjin is also there.
The room marked "family room" was converted into a studio and study by Hwangjung, and while it still has the studio set up (and Hwangjung still uses it some as his own home studio is still in the process of being built), it's started leaning more towards being the study for Yunjin and Sungyong (Theo has his stuff set up in the living room upstairs). Sungyong and Yunjin have their instruments and desks down there, and it's a part of the house where they get to spend a lot of their friend time together. They have also put some work into this space being usable as a guest bedroom for when Thomas is in town.
Throughout the house a lot of the furniture is old and well used. Nothing is downright broken, but there's often a fair bit of cosmetic damage. Everything works though, and if it stops working, it does get replaced. There are some things that are newer that are starting to creep in as the three adults settle into their jobs and space.
