Personality
Personality: He is definitely the stricter of the admin team. He didn't audition to be an idol himself because he's gay. He's secretly very proud of these kids.
Relationships:
Admin & Managers:
- Park Hyunjae: Founded Dreams Ent. together in their late 20s/early 30s. They've been in a relationship slightly less long than they've had a company together. But Wonjin was interested in him before they started working on the company together.
- Thomas: Generally finds Wonjin very reasonable and easy to deal with, so he kind of appreciates getting direction from him over the CEO.
- Misuk: She respects him, and has always liked his production style. She doesn't interact with him quite as much as Thomas does, so she's not as familiar with him.
Yuseong:
- Joshua: When he was younger, he found the VP much more nerve-wracking than the CEO. These days, he respects how direct the VP can be, and they have a good working relationship.
- Taehoon: He has generally found the VP is on his side in a lot of his arguments with the CEO, but in a relatively subtle way. He's never found the VP particularly intimidating.
- Kangwan: The VP's strictness scared him at first, and he kind of reminded Kangwan of his dad (unfortunate), but as he got to know the VP better through production he grew to respect him and knows he can go to the VP for advice or help.
J.B.N.:
- Seojin: The VP is the member of admin that she goes to if she needs to appeal to logic. She thinks he's strict but fair, and respects him quite a bit.
H.S.S.:
- Seoji: Strangely, because the VP is more strict and predictable, he finds the VP less intimidating. He really likes the VP's producing style.
- Taijia: The VP has mentored him some as a producer, and Tai definitely has a warmer relationship with him than a lot of the other artists in the company.
