FARMERS' MARKET: Introductions and Arrivals

As the first day of the festival begins, people setting up begin early in the morning, many even coming before sunrise. As the time to open draws near, cars begin parking and people begin gathering. A sign at the entrance states that there is an information booth to the left near the entrance for anyone that may have questions, and that visitors are welcome to use the mall bathrooms if necessary. The sign also mentions to only bring service animals, no outside food or drink, and if you want alcohol, you must go to the info booth with your ID in order to recieve a wristband. It also holds a reminder that parking is available on 45th street.
The Information Booth has some flyers not only regarding the event, but also upcoming events happening in Cedar Beach. There is also hard candy for kids (and kids at heart), as well as free pens from the city. They are also handing out water to anyone that may need one, as well as a sign saying they took care of accomodations if it was necessary.
The parking lot is hardly recognizable as such with how many stalls have been propped up within it. Most have tents pitched in case of unpredicted bad weather, though there are some with just a table up.
The food stall set up by the city are scattered about, though most are off to the right side, with a banner going across the pathway simply stating "Food !"
