Anya watched Taijia, occasionally having to stop herself from getting too entranced to pay attention to the actual dance moves. She clapped as Taijia finished, but had to admit she'd already forgotten most of the dance. She nodded as he pulled her up from her seat, grabbing a hair tie from her pocket and pulling her hair into a messy ponytail. She nodded, biting her lip hesitantly before telling Taijia honestly, "I'll try but I think I have a bad memory right now..." Still, she was able to at least somewhat mimic the first part of the dance, so she was starting to feel a bit more confidant about it.

Tai watched her some out of the corner of his eye as they went through it the first time. She was a little bit all over the place, but she was trying and seemed to be enjoying trying, so that pleased him. He told her after they'd finished going through it once. "My dance teacher, he says that you don't have to have a good memory in your head to learn a dance well, you just have to keep practicing it until your entire body remembers it. Then it doesn't matter if your brain knows it. You'll be basically able to do it in your sleep."
He nodded and added, "That wasn't bad, but we should do little parts of it at a time now, if you really want to learn it. It's hard to learn a big number of movements all at once when you're first starting. My teacher is a better teacher than me though, so if you wanted to learn really well, then you should come take classes too, and then I could practice with you."

"How interesting." Anya said chipperly, and she meant it. She wondered what things she couldn't remember but her body knew how to do, besides things like breathing. Wow, imagine if a person had to remember to breathe in order to do so. That would lead to a lot of complications. She shook her head, realizing she was getting distracted. "Imagine sleep dancing." She muttered with a giggle, trying to imagine that instead.
She nodded as he mentioned breaking down the dance into easier steps, "Okay." She said, looking focused for only a moment before her eyes got wide again, "Maybe I can! I should ask my mom! We can go together it'd be so much fun!" She said excitedly, jumping up and down a bit.

Taijia liked the idea of having dance class with Anya, but he hadn't been in the group classes for a while now, instead plowing full speed and difficulty level ahead with private dance classes. He wouldn't mind a group dance class if it was at a level that would push him, but that would mean going to an actual dance academy, and he knew that his uncles couldn't afford those kinds of fees. He said tentatively, "I haven't been in the group classes for a while, but I know the stuff that you'd be learning in them, and we could practice together, then maybe if you took a few classes we could do private lessons together."
He told her quietly, "Kangwan-hyung says that he thinks that I'd be good enough to audition for a kpop company when I'm a little bit older. I kind of want to try, but I really have to keep practicing dancing and singing. I've been trying to make my own dances too."

Anya nodded enthusiastically, "Oh yeah that'd be really fun! I wanna learn to dance like you that's so cool!" She said, seeming to be full of endless praise. "Wow, you can already create your own dances. You're like an expert that's so amazing." She said, practically breathless. She jumped around a bit, "Then I could say I know a KPop Idol and he's like my dongsaeng and it'd be so!!! Cool!!!!" She said excitedly. She calmed down, giving him a huge smile, "I really hope that happens for you, Taijia." She said quietly, like it was a secret between them.

Tai was a lot more still than Anya, but he smiled a little bit at her enthusiasm. He said, "I'm not that good yet, but I can be if I keep working."
He paused thoughtfully for a moment, not sure if his best friend would even consider it, but then he nodded a tiny amount to himself and said, "You could always try too. You have a really pretty voice. And you can learn to dance."
He paused again, considering his words and then said, "Then someday maybe we could both be on stage together or something. You'd have to practice your Korean lots and lots though. I can help if you want to."

Anya remained still as she considered that. She was never really sure what she wanted to do, she had always figured she'd become a psychologist like her mom, try to figure out what made her brother act as he did. Though being an idol seemed like a lot more fun. She hummed as she thought, before finally perking up again and smiling to Taijia. "Maybe. We can train together and everything. It could be fun." She finally decided. "I'll ask my mom if I can start dance lessons, then we can practice together." She said.

Taijia smiled at her, happy that his best friend wanted to do more things with him. He said with a little smile, "It would be really cool if we joined the same company. But dance classes, those are a place to start."
He wasn't really sure what to do now that they'd danced for a while. He asked tentatively, "What did you want to do next? Are you going to ask your mom now?"

Anya nodded, "I'll ask her, but not now. It would be really fun to have someone in the same company though, especially if we can still hang out while were training." She crinkled her nose as she thought of something, "Ew, imagine all the dating rumors we'd get."
She tried to think of something else they could do, debating if she should suggest coloring again, but crinkling her nose again at her own idea. "We could watch a movie?" She suggested, though she wasn't sure what kind of movies Taijia liked. "We have Netflix, and as long as it's PG-13 or under, I'm allowed to watch whatever I want." She told him, though she wasn't sure if he was allowed to watch PG-13. Her parents somewhat gave up on keeping her to children's shows after she argued she'd seen worse in her life than PG-13, like a mutilated dog. She blinked a few times, shoving the faded memory away, willing it not to surface. It's been so long, let's leave it in the subconscious. She thought to herself calmly.

Taijia nodded with a smile to her comment about it being fun to be in the same company, and then he frowned when she mentioned dating rumors. He said very softly, "You're my friend though. Do people really do that with rumors?"
He was happy to be distracted from that thought when she mentioned Netflix, and he replied, "Is there anything in Korean that you want to watch? If maybe we want to go to Korea together eventually, well, you'll definitely need to practice yours more, and watching shows and films in it can help."

Anya thought for a moment before she went to the Korean section. There were mostly dramas and movies for adults, but a few of them showed up properly for kids. She hummed, perking up a bit while she looked to Taijia. "I think they do, honestly." She hummed again, tapping her chin as if having seen adults do it a lot and figuring that was how people thought. "I feel like I hear about it a lot from oppa. He even said one time two boys got accused of being gay." She pouted. "They denied it of course. But it happened. It did." She said matter-of-factly.
She sighed, going back to searching through movies, "Stop me if you see something good. Oppa only watches the raunchy or weird ones, and I'm not allowed to see them. But I'll make sure to learn Korean properly." She promised, smiling to Taijia. "Maybe I'll ask appa to speak Korean more." She pouted. "I don't know why he stopped anyway. My cousins are practically fluent in Chinese, and both our dads came from their respective countries." She huffed, going back to flipping through movies, "So unfair. Why is daddy so good at English?"

Tai frowned a little bit, definitely unsure of what he thought of this new information, but he decided that he would think about it later. He watched the shows that Anya was scrolling past until he saw one that he was familiar with. He pointed to it and said, "I recognize that one. I've only seen a few episodes, but I liked them. The English title is Magic Hanja. The OST is nice."
He waited for her to click on it to see if she thought it would be worth watching an episode or two of at least.
((Note: wiki.d-addicts.com/Magic_Hanja this is the drama I'm talking about. I've not seen much of it at all, but the OST is nice, and one of the members of F.cuz was in it))

Anya nodded, reading over the summary before smiling, "This looks fun!" She said before clicking to let it play. She listened to the music intently, smiling and nodding, "I could've guessed before, but I think we have a really similar taste in music. Do you have the OST?" She asked Taijia with a soft smile. It seemed like watching something was calming down her energy a bit.

Tai pulled his knees up to his chest, forming himself into a little ball as he sat next to Anya, not quite leaning up against her, but close enough that if she wanted to cuddle while they watched something it would be easy to do. When she asked if he had the OST for the show, he shook his head and said, "I like it though, but my Uncles haven't bought it."
He sang quietly along, voice childish, but clear and on pitch. He did rather like the opening of the show. He was quiet as they watched though, engaged in the action and not prone to talking about shows as they were happening because he was paying attention.
