Dreams Ent is in a relatively small, five story building in Yeoeuido-dong, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, South Korea.
The first floor has the entrance to the upper part of the building (where the company is hosted), and then two other businesses: a cafe to one side Dreams Cafe, and a convenience store to the other. There is also a garage in the back of the first floor (on the alley) where the company cars are kept along with business vehicles for the other two businesses. It's a gated garage not used for any customer parking though.
The second floor is where the dance training rooms are. The rooms that can be found on this floor are:
- A large dance studio where the main practices are held (this is also the main room that any joint practices, dance or vocal are held)
- A smaller dance studio with a practice stage and a set up to film
- A few smaller 1-2 person dance practice spaces
- Two restrooms with banks of showers (girls and boys), the boys' restroom is bigger
- A recording studio
- A few small practice rooms for singing/music, one of which has a keyboard
The third floor is where the trainee/new group dorms are, along with some general public areas for the members of Dreams Ent. Things that can be found on this floor are:
- The girls' dorm (layout)
- The boys' dorm (layout)
- A large public area with some couches and some tables where study sessions are held and general socializing among trainees/Yuseong/etc can happen; it is also often where someone would spend time with guests, and sometimes meetings with groups are held here
- A small multipurpose practice space off the main public area
- A small restroom mainly for guests to use off the main public area
The fourth floor has the Yuseong dorms and some manager apartments. Things that can be found on this floor are:
- The Yuseong dorm (layout)
- Two apartments where managers/staff live (one two bedroom, one one bedroom)
- A small public social space that is mostly used for meetings; the trainees don't really go up there (though they're technically allowed)
The fifth floor is where the company leadership is. The trainees and group members mostly only go up there if they have been called to a meeting with the CEO of company VP. Things that can be found on this floor are:
- The CEO's office
- The company VP's office
- The CEO's apartment
- The company VP's apartment
- An entertaining space/board room where the CEO and company VP can hold larger meetings
The roof of the building is also accessible, and there is a garden space up there. It's not a secret, but the trainees don't necessarily know it's there.
