This is a thread for the staff and debuted artists with Dreams Ent who will be involved in running the audition camp.
They have a meeting room where they will probably be discussing trainees and interacting with each other. For the first day, feel free to pop in about what your character will be doing for the training camp. They can interact with other trainers and staff (and members of Yuseong who are involved in the training camp).
There are a few roles that Etienne and Redeim will be filling:
Dreams Ent CEO: - He is very involved in the company, there's him some people who work specific assistant to him roles, and then managers - He is going to be involved in judging a lot of the audition process, and may sometimes come be involved in training sessions or motivational moments
Head Dance Trainer: - She works with the company part time, but is also a choreographer and dance teacher in her own right - She will be leading some of the dance training along with some of the members of Yuseong
Head Vocal Trainer: - He is the main vocal coach and leading track singer employed by Dreams Ent - Also a solo artist in his own right, but more successful as a songwriter/producer/vocal coach
All other roles will be picked up on a case by case basis.

Taehoon had shown up to the meeting room early so that he could look over some of the trainee profiles and watch their audition dances. He was excited to be involved in helping train the new batch of trainees, but it was one more thing to add to his schedule, though at least they were in between promotion cycles, so he didn't have a ton of schedules.
There was a familiar face in Taijia, who Kangwan had showed him pictures and videos of, with his file on the top of the stack of trainees, but Taehoon was more interested in seeing what the rest of the trainees were like. He knew that Taijia was good already.
He used the company tablet to watch quick clips of the various dance auditions, making mental notes of who he thought would do well, who had potential but needed work, and who he was concerned about. He even used the stack of sticky notes on the table with his name on them to quickly add some of the notes to the files of the trainees.

Thomas was still a little bit confused and surprised that he'd gotten a short term contract to work as a translator and tutor for the trainees who were coming to the trainee camp at Dreams Ent. He was pretty sure that it helped that they'd already done all his background checks, and they hadn't quite realized how many of the trainees weren't going to be fluent in Korean until they'd finished the audition process.
After dropping Tai off, he went to the staff meeting room. There weren't many people there, and he didn't have much to do with the actual audition process, so he pulled out a book he needed to read for one of his classes after the break, and started reading after exchanging a quick hello with Taehoon. He didn't want to disturb the other man's focus, and Taehoon had switched to using earphones while watching audition clips after he came in anyhow.
He was a little bit antsy to meet people outside of the members of Yuseong, or honestly other than Kangwan, Qiwang, and Taehoon who he'd had the most positive interactions with so far.

Kangwan got into the staff room for the training, a bit surprised to see people already there, but after realizing it was Thomas and Taehoon, he wasn't very surprised anymore. He gave them both a small bow before sitting down next to Thomas, but peering over at what Taehoon was watching. He realized besides Taijia and Anya, he had no clue what any of the trainees would even look like. It was going to be weird not being the maknae in the company anymore. Probably even more weird if (or rather, when) he had to train people older than him. He stopped trying to watch the tablet and looked to Thomas, giving him a cute smile. "Hi." He said softly, as if speaking any louder would somehow break something in the room.
The CEO had put him in charge of singing lessons, to aide classes along side Yuseong's singing coach. He was also asked to help with songwriting if trainees needed it, which was an even bigger boost to his ego than getting some of his songs approved for upcoming albums. Maybe when the time came, he'd be able to write his own songs for a solo debut. Though, that was still a few years off from now.
((maknae means "the youngest."))

Taehoon smiled a little bit at Kangwan and Thomas' quiet greetings across the table from him. He gave Kangwan a little wave and pushed the files he'd already been through across the table to him, along with the other staff tablet. He paused the audition that he was watching, popped out one of his earbuds, and told his bandmate, "The CEO wanted us to give our basic Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced rankings on the auditions. Those are the ones that I've already gone through for dance. There's sticky notes with your name on them to add notes too."
Taehoon rifled through the little stack and handed Kangwan a stack of pink sticky notes with a little smile. He was making fast progress through his own, so he popped the earbud back in and kept on watching.
By the time the two head coaches arrived, he'd just finished his stack, and he was able to tell the head dance coach, "I've got a basic assessment."
The head dance coach replied, "Sounds good. I'll go over them in more detail after you head to the studio for your own practice in the evening. We should go run through the choreo that we're teaching them for now."
The two of them headed out from the room after the head dance coach checked in with Thomas quickly about what sort of help she would need for translating the next day.

Kangwan nodded and took the tablet and sticky notes, "thanks, hyung." He pulled out his headphones and sorted through the files before he began watching the videos, not able to stop the smile as Taijia's audition came on, offering Thomas an earbud to watch with him.

Thomas smiled and took the earbud when Kangwan offered it. He listened quietly to Tai's audition, and said after, "I don't know exactly how good he is, but I can tell he's been practicing hard. And that he's pretty good."
He looked at Kangwan and asked, "How are you feeling about the whole mentoring thing? Feeling ready?"
He took the notes from the two head instructors and started going over the files of the non-native Korean speakers to try to get a better idea of how much help he'd be able to be. There was one kid he was a little concerned for, Felix, who was from Argentina, and he just hoped that he'd have enough Korean or English that they'd be able to help him get by. Thomas knew that being in Korea would help get the Korean comfortable way faster than it might have otherwise though.

►Shihyun rolled out of his bed that morning letting out a loud sigh as he sat on the edge of his full-size bed. He knew the rest of his day was going to be filled with reviewing peoples auditions and though he was thankful for being able to help people achieve their dreams and be in the place he was in now, he was still not in the mood to be in the middle of crowds all day long. He rested his head in his hands as he took a few moments to pull himself together. His fingers ran through his jet black hair before he finally stood up from his bed and made his way towards the coffee pot. If he was going to be up this early, he was going to need all the coffee he could get his hands on.
After his mandatory 3 cups of overly sweetened coffee, he raced to his room and threw on whatever clothes he could find. All these years later of him living with his bandmates and he was still not used to having to do this own laundry. He pulled what he assumed were clean clothes out of the laundry basket that sat in the clothes and gave them a quick sniff, they smelled clean at least. He pulled on the tight black ripped skinny jeans, he wiggled his way into the tight pair of pants and threw on a white shirt and headed out the door. He tried to be as quick as possible to the meeting but decided on stopping for a cup of coffee anyways, knowing it was going to be his saving grace for the day. He grabbed his vanilla latte and plain glazed donut and took off as fast as possible towards where the meeting was at. He entered the room which was already filled with people, he held his donut in his mouth as the closed the door behind him. Everyone was of course already doing what they were supposed to be doing and he gave a meek "sorry I'm later than I should be" smile to everyone there before sitting down and chomping on the sweet heavenly donut that was one of his guilty pleasure that he overly indulged in.
"Blame the donut for why I'm a little late." He smiled, his eye wide as he stared at the treat like it was the only reason he should be breathing at the moment.
"Anyways boys what am I supposed to be doing for the day?" He asked as he stretched out his long legs and rolled up the donut wrapper between his hands. He spun his wheely chair around to the side and shot the wrapper like a basketball into the trash bin that sat a few feet from him. His arms shot up in a fan cheering way when the wrapper landed in the bin instead of landing on the floor like it usually did. He spun his chair around and his face fell as he went back to business mode, know he should be goofing off the whole day.◄

[[OOC: This response goes in between the first and second halves of Taehoon's previous post. I am assuming that Shihyun arrived before the head trainers.]]
Taehoon had to stifle a laugh at Shihyun's arrival to the meeting. He'd already finished his own review and was just waiting for the head trainers to arrive when Shihyun came in, and so he deposited the tablet that he'd finished with into Shihyun's hand that was now empty of a donut and said, "Here, you can start with ones that Kangwan is done with. I'm about to head out to go over the dance choreography, but the vocal trainer will be here soon for you and Kangwan to go over vocal arrangements with. In the meantime, go through audition videos and make notes."
He looked across the table from where he'd been sitting to where Kangwan and Thomas were, and he hoped that Shihyun would behave himself. He'd been weird about Kangwan, and the idea of Kangwan and Thomas, at first, and Taehoon didn't know exactly how much that had improved or just gotten quieter on Shihyun's end. He figured that at least Shihyun seemed to be in a good mood.
---
On his way out with the head dance instructor, Taehoon told Shihyun, "Make sure you eat something more nutritious than just the donut at some point in the day, or else you'll be dead by dance practice this evening."

Thomas was a little bit apprehensive when Shihyun came into the staff room. He had known that he'd probably be interacting with all the members of Yuseong when he took the translating contract, but he hadn't quite thought about how this interaction would go down. If it had just been the two of them and trainees, that would have been one thing: he could have been strictly professional, and it wouldn't have been much of an issue, he hoped.
However, he was sharing earbuds with Kangwan, with his boyfriend, and Shihyun had been the band mate who had had a sore spot around Kangwan's sexuality and Thomas dating Kangwan. Thomas looked to Kangwan to check for a reaction, but he was glad that Taehoon was still there when Shihyun arrived, and able to give him a task and sort of set a tone.
He nodded a greeting, not really sure what to say, and gave Kangwan back his earbud so that he could focus on the actual translator side of things. He gathered up the folders that were finished on their side of the table, carefully put into stacks that Kangwan had noted as advanced, intermediate, or beginner because Thomas had wanted something to do with his hands, and he passed them across the table to Shihyun. He said, somewhat tentative, in his slightly accented but clear Korean, "Here are the one's that Kangwan's gone over already. That stack is tentatively advanced, that one's intermediate, and that one's beginner."
He hoped that there wouldn't be any weirdness, and was worried that Taehoon was leaving so soon after Shihyun arrived. With Taehoon, he was basically comfortable, especially since the older man had been comfortably quiet around him a few times, and had actually asked him to let him practice his Chinese a few times.
